Deliveries are Fast, Friendly, and FREE!

We aim to deliver within 3-5 working days.

For fast delivery in the United Kingdom, we use a national carrier; our couriers deliver between 7 am and 9 pm.

Once we have received your order, we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date.

You may also contact us after placing your order to select a delivery date. However, depending on your location, delivery dates are subject to availability.

Our courier will contact you the day before your deliver to inform you of your estimated time of delivery arrival. It is not possible to select a delivery time, as they are dependent of delivery routes.

You must inform us within 48 hours if you wish to make any modifications to your delivery. Delivery couriers will deliver to your communal door. Couriers are not permitted to enter the premises. Once you accept the delivery, you agree that you received it in good condition.

Saturday delivery is available for selected regions. This will incur a charge of £19.95 which is payable via PayPal when selecting your suitable delivery date or by contacting us.

Free delivery is not available in the following postal codes:

AB, DD, DG, FK, TD, TR, PA, PH, IV, KW, KY G, KA, ML, EH, LL, SA, EX, TQ, PL.

If you are located in one of the postal codes above, please ensure to contact us and we will provide you with a shipping quote.

Delivery is NOT possible to any Off-Shore Islands, including Northern Island, Jersey, Channel Islands etc.

In the unfortunate case that defective or faulty goods are obtained, we will process a replacement or a refund, if the goods are returned within 14 days of accepting delivery.
